Solar Power

Claridon Township applied for an energy grant to place solar panels on the roof of the Administrative Building.  NOPEC awarded the Township $50,000 which was used to purchase and install the solar panels—there was no cost for Claridon Township.  The panels have the potential to cut the Township’s electric cost by 30%.
