NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NOVEMBER 19, 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Claridon Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application for a variance to the Township’s Zoning Regulation Article IV., 401.06 Minimum Lot Width.
This public hearing will take place on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. The hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Claridon Town Hall, 13930 Mayfield Road.
The property in question is located at 11299 Stoneledge Drive, part of Parcel No. 12-082330
The potential buyer of this property has filed a request for a variance with the Claridon Township Zoning Office. The nature of the request is as follows: “The subject parcel (approx. 21 acres) is part of a 50.47 acre parcel that was designed to be a future phase of the subdivision. The access strip to the rear land has approximately 140’ frontage on Stoneledge Drive. Township zoning regulations require 250’ frontage.” This contradicts Zoning Regulation Article IV., 401.06 Minimum Lot Width.
The public is welcome to this open meeting.
