Home Occupation Zoning Permit
mendment 2011-01 to the Claridon Township Zoning Resolution is now in effect for all residents who operate a home occupation to obtain a Home Occupation Zoning Permit. The permit will be a one time fee of $50.00. Contact Zoning Inspector, Marty Pesek, to obtain this permit. Martin Pesek, Zoning Inspector Marty is a 20 year resident of Claridon Township and resides at 13065 Old State Road. Since the zoning position is a part-time position, his main employment is that of a Marketing Rep for the Western Reserve Group out of Wooster, Ohio, where he has been employed for the last thirty years. His wife, Michaelean, owns and operates the Reynolds Insurance Agency in Middlefield, Ohio. Marty has held the zoning inspector's position since 1992.
Marty is an Army veteran, a lifetime VFW member, and has many hobbies and interests. He loves photography, hunting, golfing, snowmobiling, and other activities that keep him outdoors. Marty and his wife have two granddaughters that also keep them very busy.

here is a $50.00 late fee for all construction started prior to having a zoning permit. Visit Zoning Inspector Marty Pesek at the Town Hall on Mondays from 5 to 7 p.m. or set up an appointment on Wednesday between 5 and 7 p.m. Zoning phone number is (440) 635-0648.l
